New Platform Opportunities

We actively seek to acquire middle market companies and make minority investments in established operating businesses. We focus on U.S. headquartered companies in our target industries that meet the following criteria:

Majority Control Transactions

  • Established Operating Businesses
  • Cash flows of $5 to $50 million
  • Equity Investment up to $250 million
  • Headquartered in the U.S.

Minority Investments
  • Established Business Model
  • Specific Use of Proceeds
  • Ability to Add Value Beyond Capital
  • Clear Path to Control or Exit
  • No Minimum Transaction Size

We are happy to partner with experienced executives, other family offices, like-minded private equity firms, and value-added independent sponsors on transactions. We also understand that our partners may have different holding period horizons than we do and work to structure mutually agreeable exit mechanisms that provide liquidity opportunities for our partners over time.

Add-On Opportunities

For opportunities with a clear strategic fit with one of our existing platforms, we do not have minimum financial or transaction size requirements.
